HostMySite acquired by Wachovia
Wednesday, June 4th, 2008Wachovia Capital Partners, the private equity arm of the Wachovia Corp. bank acquired web hosting provider HostMySite (www.hostmysite.com) today. The financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. HostMySite operates more than 4,000 servers and has more than 250 employees. They targetted the small-to-medium sized businesses which is becoming the host spot in the web hosting busienss.
